If Stern takes action from all those saying the artwork is terrible, the next machine will be a blank canvas. All white cabinet, with an all white playfield, with all white plastics, and you'll get a bag of markers with a letter attached that says, "Here! Lets see you do a #$^*ing better job!"

I like this idea. Yeah! I think I could do a better job!

I'm all about the DIY custom Vinyl toys. I have them all. I've had high hopes to creating something awesome, but have yet to start a single one, because I'm afraid I'd screw it up.

    Quoted from dmbjunky:

This movie is just the deleted scenes from Interstellar.

It's kinda more of the back story to him on that planet to begin with. Reading the book now, it's actually very well done. Looking forward to this movie. But I would see anything made by Ridley Scott.

    What the heck.
    I hope no jaws.

I just watched Jaws for the very first time this past weekend. It was ok. Duel is still one of his best films.

    Quoted from girloveswaffles:

Duel is what probably got him going in making theatrical movies.

Correct. It was his first feature length film, but originally made for TV. He was doing TV episodes before that. It was his shot to get his foot in the door. Shot in 12 days, they wanted him to shoot it all in studio with plates. He fought to have it shot on location.

But for as simple as a film it is, I love it.

    Quoted from girloveswaffles:

He actually did 3 T.V. movies (Duel, Something Evil and Savage) before his 1st theatrical one (The Sugarland Express).

I was speaking in terms of length. Not theatrical release. Duel was the first one longer than the TV shows he'd done. But, if I'm not mistaken, Duel was actually theatrically released a year later in Japan. Saw an interview with him about it, where they had to go back and shoot more stuff to make it longer. Because it was too short for Japan. So I believe the scene they added was the one where he's stopped at the train tracks and the semi tries to shove him into the moving train.
