Anyone have a detailed instruction list? Or better yet, a video? Thanks!

There is a detailed video by a Youtube user named boogies. The playfield swaps very quickly. The hard part is that the prism card either has to be reprogrammed to run the other roms or you need a prism mother and daughter board for each playfield. I have a mother and daughter card for each playfield which makes the swap much easier.

honestly, it's almost easier and nearly the same price if you include buying a mother daughter card.
