Why do I continually hear this claim? It simply isn't true, yet gets repeated.

I am entering a MUFON sighting on my December sighting in Fullerton ca. the interesting thing is I did not take any pictures the first day when I saw something.
But the second day I realized I sat out there with my camera. I think I caught lights that are not helicopters or planes.
Again, this was the next day. But these pictures will become attached to case file. Here they are…
You can see issues but a professional can dissect the pictures.

As an aside, the thing I find most interesting about many "Experiencers" is that they don't seem to be seeking the spotlight or have much to gain financially. Most seem like they are describing a car accident they were involved in last month, or what they did last weekend. After doing family medicine for 25 years, I believe I've become good at knowing mannerisms when people have mental illness, or are delusional, or are drug seeking and are making up a story. Very few people interviewed about "experiences" check these boxes.

I think Russia is playing possum. They are still taunting the USA while they are being portrayed as out of weapons. I think once the USA bites Russia will bring out some crazy shit. China is waiting for the same. USA and Canada are seen as extremely weak because of the fact that we are so divided by the left and right extreme. We are the new Ancient Rome. We are so torn because of it that our focus is on trans rights and politicians that are lying to our faces. Just wait the next tech will be seen very soon.

That would be some epic sandbagging. Their army is so broken and pathetic.
Explain why they are taunting the US military?! Why they aren’t using supersonic weapons, they have only used a couple. They have Iranian drones that can beat the iron curtain. They have lots of opportunity to take Ukraine, way bigger military and way more weapons. They are a superpower. Not to mention China is very much on their side, North Korea has a large military population with a leader that is very much itching to show his military power. Certain Middle East countries are having proxy wars with the US. If it goes into the history books, who took the first shot the Axis or the Allies? We are so focused on being divided politically we aren’t focused on reality.

They have been begging for help from NATO the whole time! Iran is doing the same thing to the USA in Syria right now. Why hasn’t the USA just shut that operation down yet? They definitely have the fire power, troops, and ability!
None of this matters in this thread. The whole point is none of the Technology that the countries have are being flaunted as of yet. I’m waiting to see why they are finally allowing us to know about UFO technology. Is it spyware? Is it actually the USA or another country(China?), is it actually Alien tech? The next steps each country takes will determine that!

I could absolutely believe that Earth is some kind of Galactic Sentinelese planet, where, if there are aliens somewhere out there that know about us, there's a do-not-contact order out for us, probably for the same reason we have one for Earth's Sentinelese, in that they're considered to be an endangered tribe, previous attempts at contact were met violently and there's not many other opportunities to watch a stone age tribe function in the modern day. We're also probably fairly inconvenient to get to and any contact that would happen is because of either mistake or somebody breaking the rules.
It's also interesting to think about what those alien anthropologists actually know about us. It's completely possible to think that they might be able to arrive and avoid detection, sticking to uninhabited areas (of which there are still many), but not, say, know how to tap into our internet or even know how our society functions, kind of like how we can fly a plane over and take pictures of North Sentinel island, but we can't hear them talking or know how their tribe is structured. We can just observe the big structures and what people are carrying and try to make inferences.
Full disclosure, I don't actually think this is happening, but if somebody told me that it is, I wouldn't immediately write them off as crazy. It would also be a good explanation for a number of the sightings that can't be explained in other ways, while also describing why contact hasn't progressed further than that.

The SpaceX Starship launch has been considered a success as there was a good chance it never got off the pad. Starship with the super heavy booster is the largest and most powerful rocket ever created. There's 33 engines on the thing and it produces 2x the thrust of the Saturn V rocket that got us to the moon. It's a technical marvel and will likely be the future of manned deep space travel. SpaceX is used to failures early on, it's part of their process, they learn and improve each time. Starship was able to burn it's entire super heavy stage for around 3 minutes which is why it's been called a successful failure. Nothing this technical ever works perfect the first time.

It seems to make the impossible really possible. Sometimes.
What is that exactly?
Belief seems to be a human ability.
I want to read the manual. But we get to go through it with what manual we currently have.

Assuming they are 'good' that would make perfect sense. You would hope if we make it that far into the future our species would turn out 'good' also and do the same if we were to find life elsewhere.

Applying ethical terms, like good or evil, to aliens would be really really hard. Rather, you probably need to look at it like biologists do, and see pretty much all life existing on a continuum of competition and cooperation. The exact balance of the two for a species depends on the environmental factors. Ethics is just how we humans mentally process the little section where we sit.
That said, I think we could expect aliens to occupy roughly the same region of competition-cooperation balance as humans.
In nature, life that is too competition focused tends to burn out the second they run out of easy resources to consume. You need an element of cooperation to work through more difficult problems, such as when food is scarce. Figuring out to travel between planets would definitely count.
But the flip side is also true. If an alien species was TOO cooperation focused, they probably would never reach the point where they could work on how to develop space travel, they would have been picked off well before they got to that point. It'd be like trying to make friends with a hungry tiger, it's not going to work and you're going to end up eaten.
