Quoted from RC_like_the_cola:The point is distributors are the home depots of pinball. They should NOT be raising MSRP. They sell products for the manufacturers and should adhere to the MSRP. Retailers should not be marking them up. Capitalism should not apply from the retailer. Second hand market, sure. If people would start refusing to overpay, we collectors could shut this crap down.
Just a thought. What's to stop distros from buying the game themselves at MSRP and reselling them? Then they own the machine just like anyone else who buys it. Is there a difference? Does Stern forbade that?
Quoted from Ecw0930:Not sure anyone put this up yet, but there is a lot of discussion about it still....

Last pin released, the Mando LE MSRP was only $200 more than that next release Premium MSRP you listed.
Quoted from Chambahz:Oh hells no! So that buyers are forced to get an LE to get the full play experience?
F that!
What I merely wanted to illustrate is that there actually is great value for an LE over a Premium. Do the math and See that the upgrades you get are worth the price increase.
I’m not telling you that you should value all of those upgrades. If you don’t like them, don’t buy it.
I’m just pointing out that you get more stuff for the price, unlike the starwars LE that I bought years ago.
Topper with added gameplay for the LE would suffice, for play difference over the Premium, especially that there's 1000 LEs now.
Quoted from insight75:"it'll look like everything" What does that mean?
It'll nuke everything.
