Fargo North Dakota seems like it’s always the coldest city in the lower 48.

Try punching a windshield in sub zero temperature. Did that in Colorado and broke it.

Drove thru Minneapolis/ St. Paul in the summertime many years ago. Felt jealous, very nice time of the year up there.
