Bally and Williams did not think of UV coating the vinyl which you can.
The easiest for you with Car Wax w Sunscreen. A few companies make it.
That and the fact you do not get that much sun should solve the problem.
Side note: Game rooms with Black Lights cause fade but the time on is not much to matter.
