I still don't know what additional services you receive for the higher prices.
How is the higher price reflected with respect to customer service?
Does the higher price include in-home service for the first year?
Do they extend the manufacturer's warranty?
In a world of Stern's fixed pricing, maybe all of this is moot? It's been awhile since I've bought NIB.
