Yes we are a retail outlet, but we do offer deals and we will never forced anyone to buy a game at gunpoint!!!! We do find really nice used games and are competitive with new in box pricing. We offer free shipping on a majority of our games and handle all aspects of packing shipping, claims and insurance, etc and customers don't have to worry about anything. We also support our machines if there are issues. We support Pinside on sales of machines and are thankful Robin has allowed us this avenue to sell games and we donate a portion of the sale to support his site. We also donate annually to Pinside. We place a lot of pinball machine in homes with children that have never had a pinball machine, which hopefully grows the hobby for future generations. Most of the people who are interested in game contact me through Pinside and we work out a price.
