Hello. I recently bought Snow Queen from 1970 and it seems the there is a relay missing on the relayboard in the cabinet.
When i look at the Internet Pinball Data Base it doesnt look similiar to that one I have.

I have not got hold of schematics yet but there were another schematic that follow the game and it is about the chute game adjusting. I notice that in the schematics there were a relay called YY but I dont see it in my relayboard so i suspect that this i the relay thats missing. It looks like this schematics is for "GERMAN". Is there different versions for different countries ?

Can i manage without this relay or must i have this in place ? I tried to look for any pictures and info of this on the web with no luck.
Is there some who have a Snow Queen like mine and can help me out here ?
It doesnt work now so and going start to clean and adjust the relay to begin with.

The USA schematic doesn't list a YY relay in the legend or where you show it near the transformer. You should be fine without it.

It doesnt work now

If the Replay Button doesn't activate the Replay Button relay (V), Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires

I think this relay is involved with game pricing. The "Coin Chute Adjustment" card lists prices not used in the USA at that time, and some of those prices involve using the score motor to a greater extent than in the USA, which means additional relays. What country are you based in? Do you want to restore the coin chute (pay to play) operation, or will free play be acceptable?

I think you may be looking too closely ... stand way back and look at the relay right above the adjust plug

given the location of those wires, I'd guess there was an adjust plug there and someone needed it.

look on the supplemental schem for more adjust plugs and if there are more, see what wire colors went to it/them.

Ok. I found this schematics so i think your are right. If it not so important for the game it self i gone leave it alone. I think this is for the third coin chute so i think i will do fine with the two others.

Ok thanks, my goal is to get the game working to begin with and it is not so important to get coin chute to work for now.
I based in Sweden but i think this i game comes from Germany from the begining because i have price tag for the coin chute that says: "2 MARKS, 10 SPIELE"

I saw that too. I think David Marston is right:

and took this relay away because it filling no more function anymore and they used it for a replacement relay in this place instead. I found this schematics and YY relay uses lot more wires then in the place where it is now.
