I prefer this art, by a lot. Looks great!
Oh yeah this is sweet I want a Smaug SE with the Upgrade that looks awesome. I guess its now time to sell a couple games.

Not looking to pour any more in than I already have. I'm hoping we loyal repeat customers don't get nickel and dimed for "Super Thick" decal downgrade - upgrade over the direct print cabinets we were told we were getting when we ponied up.
"Replaceable Cabinet Art" ... ... Maybe they'll do large vinyls with magnet backing for easy change-on-the-go pinball action! Or ... wait for it... VELCRO!
While I appreciate the attempt to do something "innovative", is this really a desired feature?
The "replaceable cabinet art" is simply a positive way to think about having decals vs the screened cabinet art from WOZLE since people are whining about not having direct printed art.
That being said....this game looks awesome and I love the options JJP is giving us. I'm happy with the LE, but if someone wants to pay more for some gold trim let them do it.
These details about the game are incredible. Hard to believe that Stern thinks TWDLE should be selling for nearly the same price without invisiglass or the features of the game itself. Kudos JJP...you've done it again!

Wait...
The features are amazing. I'm sure most collectors would love direct print but screening art is a big process and from a production standpoint time consuming and not cost effective. With all the features I'd rather have the money spent elsewhere and the game accessible earlier.
Quoted from Kcpinballfan:Hey Alex is Jack doing a seminar at 9pm?
9:30. Site will launch shortly thereafter.

Awesome thanks for the info
After reading the what the game comes with I dont think you could go wrong with any of them. This is looking very promising.
Nice to see the player-controllable diverter confirmed. Didn't know about the controllable subway. Sweet!
Quoted from Pinchroma:Wait...
Guessing that those already in for the LE will be "given" the Smaug if they want it.

Wait...... Lol.
whats the pricing difference on the LE versus the Smaug LE? Can people that are in on the LE upgrade?

Doubtful. Its probably an upgrade. I'm sure its worth an extra $500 to a lot of people. I might pay that for it, but not more. Regardless the game play is the same, and it sure looks awesome.

Got to say it, it looks like target shooter game. And IMO that's a good thing.
Quoted from Rick432:Alex is saying so much without saying anything! Can't wait!
Ohh you have no idea. Wait wait wait. People are going to cheer and others are going to run to email Jen to order. Lololol

Oh snap, you lowered the price to $6500?
I'm torn, I like the asymmetrical cabinet art on the standard/LE. Smaug appears to be mirrored art on opposite sides. Hope the SE side art is preliminary, I'd like to see unique art on either side.

What are you. CaptainNeo? Lol.
It's 4:17 am here. Worked 14 hours yesterday and will have to work more today. But I can't go to bed. Have to see this!
So glad I have a pre-order.
Looks like this will be an amazing pin!
Now, we need to find out the price difference on the Smaug edition and what the "gold Smaug toy" is as compared to the 'standard' Smaug which nobody knows what it looks like at this point.
I just emailed my distriubutor (Buddy "doughslingers" Herron) to ask him about the price difference. I'll post back if I hear anything and get the okay to post it.

$6400? Where'd you get $6300 from?
