If your score reels are turning at all I would check the reset relay and the motor switches on your schematic. here a pic from a 1968 Doozie which should be similar.

Ok. Remember to also check the switches on the motor for the reset circuit are also clean and are making a good connection.

I circuit I would check you have labelled E thru D. Question is the reset relay pulling and holding during the reset? (You may have a bad coil)

You can also check each part of the circuit buy using a jumper (a wire with a clip on each end). Like the ez hooks seen on the 1 post

Because none of the score reels are resetting I would focus on the common components (Hence the reset coil or the Motor switch between E and D)
I noticed the 1 point circuit uses a different motor switch and an different reset relay switch so I am leaning towards the reset relay not firing or not holding.

If the reset does not fire. Try holding it on with a wooden dowel or an insulated screwdriver (Don't shock yourself) and see if the reels reset.

If the reel reset then we will have to see why the reset relay isn't firing on holding. (I would need image of that part of the schematic to help).

If it fires and doesn't hold then it may be a bad coil or the Reset relay in circuit switch is dirty on not gapped correctly or a broken wire.

Here is a helpful visual on how some the more common circuit work
