Hi all

First time poster and pretty new at restoring machines

I have a Bally Doctor Who machine that I'm fixing up. I've got it mostly working and have even added the motorized topper. There should be a 4 lamp pcb on top of the backbox to illuminate the head. The bally part number is A-15742. I've yet to find one in any of the more popular online sites.

Any advice on where to look for one or a site that could build one would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

Well, it doesn't look like he carries that specific board but keep this one in your favorites for similar hard to find pcb's.

Shouldn't be hard to take 4 sockets and make something that works, worse case

If you don't end up making your own somehow, send me a PM. I can put you in touch with a guy that can make any board you need...and they'll look like they were factory made. I've had to have a couple impossible-to-find boards made for some of my really rare foreign machines...so anything is possible (assuming you have schematics).

Thanks for the replies. I found a breakdown of the all the parts that go into making the board.

A-15742(1) 4 lamp g.i. pcb assy
24-8768(4) bulb #555 6.3Volts .25Amps
24-8805(4) socket-pcb H wedge
5768-13266-00(1) PCB-4 lamp g.i.
5791-10869-03(1) 3h r/a sq pin .156
A-15742-1(1) 4 lamp g.i. pcb assy-w/spacers
03-8022-4(3) "spacer .250 L"""
A-15742(1) 4 lamp g.i. pcb assy

Is this the kind of info that someone would need to make one?

Doesn't appear to be a very complex board at all, the manual has the schematics and parts lists in it. But I'd need a photograph at the very least of the board, otherwise it won't be anywhere close to correct.

Did you also need the resistor board too?
