I'm currently looking at a BSM and started to do some sleuthing to figure out what a fair value would be for the game. In doing so, it appears that there's very little difference in value between a standard SM and a BSM in the current market. While I understand that the vault addition hammered the value of the LE's, I'm a little surprised at how close they appear to be in value compared to the standard model.

So my question is this:
In today's market, if ALL things are equal (HUO, great shape, bone stock with no mods/leds), what would you value a standard SM pin at, and what would you value a BSM at? I've owned a SM in the past, and I'll ultimately be looking to trade this BSM (and enjoy it while I wait for a favorable trade). With that said, if it's really THAT close in price to a standard SM, I'll likely pass.

Any and all help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the reply my man. I ended up biting the bullet and grabbing a HUO BSM. It’s totally stock, and in absolutely perfect shape. Hoping to mess around with it for a bit and then trade it for something I haven’t already owned.

Just unloaded and got it setup. Holy smokes, this game is cherry. Insanely clean inside and out. Just check out that Doc magnet! Not too shabby.

No goodie bag or certificate unfortunately, but all things considered, I feel pretty good about it.

So now, given the pictures, any idea what a fair market price would be for the game? Just want to get an idea of what I should be looking at as far as equal trades go.
