Does anyone know if the the key to the card dispenser on a Slugfest is lost, can the lock be drilled out like most arcade locks or is the lock part of the chassis kind of like a coin laundry cash box that pulls arms from around the box to allow removal. Hoping it's just like a standard arcade lock that can be drilled and replaced.

I have a Slugfest getting delivered most likely Sunday , I’m happy to open up , take pics etc before you drill that out

I'm guessing its a tubular lock on there? Tubular lock picks aren't too expensive if you're hesitant to drill.

When I get home In a few hours I will snap some photos of my lock so you can see what your working with.

Thanks all, I really appreciate it! I am suppose to pick it up this weekend and they PO seems to have lost the key to the card dispenser. I just want to make sure that if it comes to drilling it out, the lock is not integrated into the dispenser chassis and is more like a pinball coin door. As best as I can tell from the pictures sent, it does not look like a tubular lock. It does appear to have the card dispenser though (or am I wrong), but a lot of good that's gonna do if I can't open 'er up.
Here is a pic the PO sent me and a pic of the lock I am hoping is on that dispenser. I'd find it hard to believe Williams put a safe like lock on it, but I've never dealt with a ticket/card dispenser before.

You could probably pick that. Those locks shouldn't be too hard to defeat.

I think you can unbolt the lock from the inside if you can open the game up and lift the playfield.

Nope, not possible. The card dispenser slides into a metal sleeve. Just drill it out. Not a big deal and locks can be had for $5.

Here are some pics of my card dispenser lock in case you want to drill. As you can see you have plenty of room behind it so you shouldn't hit anything inside. Note that mine has a double bit key and lock and not a single bit lock in case that matters to you.

Can you just take the cover off by removing the 4 torx screws from the front with a hollow torx bit.
