Unfortunately, I am not good at testing transistors when they are in circuit, I pulled the TIP 36C at Q 82 and replace it, I also pulled the tip 102 @Q 81 and replaced it. I replace the diode at D 32 for good measure
The next in line would be Q 71, it’s a 2n4403, I don’t have any on hand.
Actually, the schematics say that it’s a 2n4403, there is a 2n5401 installed.
I have a 2n5401, I’ll replace it as well

Fixed, those 4 components did the trick
I’m pretty sure after testing the tip36c that it was good, but those components have taken a beating for 30 years, better to have new blood in the veins.
Home this helps someone else some day...
If replacing those components doesn’t fix the bat action, look at the tip36c and the diode (1n4007) on the transistor board next to the flipper under the playfield,
Next would possibly be, r135, and then IC U5
