The machine you linked is a boat anchor, avoid... I see your state says "pre 1950" for legality, but I know many states do not enforce the slot ownership laws. I also know first hand that most law enforcement in restricted states don't even know that they are illegal to own. As long as your not running a casino out of your garage, you should be fine.

For reliability, go with a 90's IGT S+ machine, as reliable as they come..
