At $250 pass on it. Not working, pass on it. Pachislo machines don't go for much unless it is a popular license like Star Wars or something. Going to a game store or dealer you will pay a lot for them but real world street values are around $100 - 150 on a non-screen version and $150 - 250 for one with a screen. Non-working they usually get scrapped.
