The game was purchased by a guy from a storage auction. I've just started to do work on it. The hold relay was burned up and in pieces. The bank reset relay on the underside of the playfield was burned up, a few relays were bent, but after some work I got the game to start up and play. A few coils stick on when certain shots are made so I'm going to have to go through everything.

Is there a good source for the bumper caps? Does anybody sell a complete set? Steve Young seems to have them individually at $12 each and they don't seem to be the proper ones with the triangular edges.

On mine, I do not have a slam tilt switch in the door - is there supposed to be one?

I picked up some repro bumper caps from PBR... as others have said, they are noticeably different from the originals which used a marbelized plastic.

However, my girlfriend has done an excellent job of making the new caps look like the old ones:

lol, my pleasure.. I bet she'd be willing to help some other people with theirs if necessary. I'm now looking to turn her loose on backglasses and playfield touch up
