To add to above... and apologies if you know this but hard to tell... you have circled the switch blades where they connect to wires that run between switches/relays/etc. what you need to do is look at the other end of those brass switch blades. The relay has a white plastic part that moves as the coil engagaes. You can use your fingers to accuate it. Check if switch blade contacts are making firm contact when closed (watch fixed blade and see that it ever so slightly deflects in response to a switch closure). You also need to be sure that when open the contacts actually break connection.
Also- there are other potential causes... but decent place to look first!
One troubleshooting technique that is often of some use is- while machine is on, accuate the relay in question with your hand being certain to fully operate the mech. See if it ends up resetting. It would be criminal if I did not post script this comment with a warning. Live machine equals electricity equals potential for at minimum blowing fuses or worse shock. Be careful and judge your skill and knoweldge before you ever work on a plugged in machine.
