I had to use four clamps but you seem to not need them?
Some add the pivot screws on the side. This locks down the top. You still need some clamps for the bottom.

I just used 1" dowel rod on both sides.
I used a 1" forstner bit to drill through the side, then also the rotisserie.
If I were to do it again, I'd drill a few extra holes so it can stay secured at various angles.
