Sky jump, switch seems stuck on somewhere, keeps adding score to reel and flashing the pops lights. Stepper are in motion as well. Any ideas? Video link below.

You probably have a stuck playfield sw.

Seems that at the very least you have a playfield sw. or two stuck on. Go around and check them.

Ok so. I'm making progress. Now the N relay coil locks on causing the 10 point reel to lock on as well. Any ideas what's next in the chain?

When you turn it on, the game shouldn't start resetting. Does AX ever unlatch?

When it does do a reset, it should stop when the reels are all zero and then kick the ball out.

Here is the reset sequence for Sky Jump. I would reset the drop targets by hand and reset the ball count unit and see if you get any further. Sounds like the score reels do reset? Hard to tell though from video.
