I just picked up a skee ball and have a small problem. When the ball runs down the scoring trough, it is skipping over some 10 pt switches, so total scores may be 10-30 points low. It seems like the ball gets rolling so fast, it blows through a switch or two and doesn't register. When I trigger each switch manually, scores are correct. I've been playing with the wipe on several of the switches with some success. Anybody know a simple fix for this to slow the ball down and get it to register switch hits more accurately?

Wow! I never thought of it that way but now you explain it, it makes perfect sense! I will try adjusting the switches for less wipe.

Thanks to your advice, its mostly scoring correctly now. However every once in a while it scores 10npts too many. What's the best way to stop the switch from bouncing?
