Pinrescue sells to doctors and lawyers that do not want to do work on their games and want the white glove treatment. (Being a Dr. or lawyer isn't a requirement, but strongly encouraged). In other words, they cater to people that could care less about spending money and want to be pampered, apparently. Word of mouth spreads to others in the lifestyle and apparently, they do well for themselves, catering to a specific clientele. Kind of shady, but good for them. They created a niche for themselves.
