NerdProf Ive been working on a similar game, Kings&Queens and had a number of mechanical issues to fix. One item was the bar that spanned the three holes, the square cutout can get deformed giving a "lip" that prevents the bar from springing back. I needed to take my dremil and smooth out the leading edge. I can post pics. feel free to reach out to me.
