I'm having trouble finding where this problem could be. I'm not too familiar with Stern pins. The LED television works great most of the time. But, when the g.i. relay activates to turn off the g.i. lights, the LED tv gets screwed up. I don't see where the two circuits are even related. In the first image the gi lights are on and the tv works. The other two images are when the gi lights are off and the tv gets garbled. Those images are pretty good in comparison to other screens where I just get random garbage.

SOLVED: I found the problem to be a 74HCT273 chip at u206. I put an o-scope on some of the outputs and when the relay turned on, all the signals were about half the amplitude. Replaced the chip and everything works.
