Super highly polished balls are super. I hooked myself up with some Silverjets. So, if one were to use these in, for example. Stern Star Trek, how long until the magnet messes them up? Once messed up, can they be un-messed up? Lastly, are there highly polished balls that co-exist with magnets?

TY!

Premium pinballs from Pinball Life are highly polished, car on core, and work well with magnets. Haven't had any issues with my Demolition Man.

I don't have experience with Silverjets so I can't comment on how quickly they will magnetize, other than I've seen a lot of posts advising against using them in games with magnets.

I have used the pinball life premium and silverjets. Both look about the same and hold up well. When it comes to magnets though you are much better off with the PL premiums. Silverjets will be OK for a while but at some point they will start to do strange things. How long depends on the game and how much it is played.

Short answer: no.

I have no idea if Silverjets are really any shinier than Pinball Life glossies, but if they are the difference will be gone in about 10 games. Carbon core for magnets, period. It's simply not worth it, anyone who's dealt with magnetized balls knows this.
