I am trying to touch up the backglass on my Flash.
I have painted pretty close to the original and it looks wonderful with the machine off. When turned on the light bulbs show through my touch up paint.
Original backglass seems to have a silver over coat over the paint. Light shines through but the bulbs are not visible. Any suggestions of a product that reproduces that matte silver effect of original backglass?
This Old Pinball taught me to use an opaque silver paint and paint over my touch ups. Works fine for me with regular craft silver paint I already had.
Didn't work for me. Came out too opaque. Well, it looked like crap before, now it just looks unlit. Live and you learn.
