Does anyone use these things? Ever used them on carpet? I'm looking for something to keep the legs from moving on the carpet in the event of an attempted slide save. I'm not trying to save the carpet, just to make game play more difficult.

I've played games with them before, but it was always on concrete.

Also, can you get away with just putting them on the front legs? I'm really not interested in spending $200 to outfit all my games.
