Hamill and Fisher are good signatures that I would value around $500.00 for the pair. The rest maybe $250.00 for everyone. The big one is Ford which is about $750.00 by itself, but you don't have that one unfortunately. So my quick math puts the game around $2750.00 to $3000.00 depending on condition. But you will have to find a pinhead who is interested in this sort of thing which I would think would be a pretty small pool. Good luck with your sale!

LOL, yea, I guess that was a little passive aggressive price policing on my part. I was trying to give him bad news in a good way; like the Sheriff from Robin Hood Men in Tights.

We're the price police in tights. We roam around the forum looking for fights!
Love me some Mel Brooks!

Quoted from treibj:

Those signatures definitely add to the value (not quite sure if it adds enough for what your asking though). The people who say they detract from the value don't understand the autograph world. I deal in sports cards and memorabilia, and dabble in pinball. If I had the opportunity to have Sam Jones sign my Flash Gordon backglass I wouldn't think twice, same goes for my BTTF. The market for autographs is huge and having your backglass/translite signed only broadens your market and adds to the value.

What about if it's not authenticated as seems to be the case here? I'm not an autograph collector, but just curious what your thoughts are on this issue.

Yes, please post a screen capture of your paypal receipt or similar.

If he does that I will literally eat my own goatee. I will take pictures of said event and post them here.

I'm still here and the check arrives tomorrow and am picking up my AC/DC sunday!

Uh-oh!!!

This thread never fails to entertain me. I haven't laughed this much since "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka". Keep it coming!

#350 11 years ago

This thread has had it all, and I would expect nothing less than a dramatic cliffhanger ending!

Quoted from sammiesguys:

I wanted to post this earlier but I didnt want to hijack the op's thread. Now that his game has sold, Im thinking of putting my autographed AFM up for sale. What do you guys think this baby is worth?

If current trends hold, it's worth approximately double or 15 to 20k!

#358 11 years ago

Oh, rare Raven autograph, just before she was gunned down in Cambodia. Nice score!

Quoted from Crispin:

Ouch! I don't think the signed translites gonna make it! Not even an attempt at something in between the head and cab?!

Looks like there may be something at the top of the head for cushioning.

Quoted from dkpinball:

Did you make the shipping guy eat his hair too?

At first I didn't get it, but then I looked at the picture again. Oops, now there's an attachment.

Quoted from jayhawkai:

I just want his contact info to see if he's interested in buying any more overpriced items. Maybe I can sell him my VHS copies of the movies for $200.

Not if i get to him first. I've still got three different VHS trilogy versions, and the DVD's. I even had the ultimate laser disc set back in the day. And I still haven't learned my lesson, I bought the blu-rays as well.

#410 11 years ago
Quoted from TigerLaw:

Alright, so where did we end up? Anyone eat any hair?

He didn't meet my criteria by midnight so my thick and luxurious goatee is staying put!

I thought about posting a humorous hair eating pic, but when I did a google search I came across the photo of the "ten pound human hairball". You cannot unsee such things.

#412 11 years ago

It was actually Collin that started this whole thing. Maybe we can still talk him into it.

That said, op has been awfully quiet. Maybe he has another move up his sleeve for our entertainment.

We can only hope!

Quoted from Anim8ormatt:

why is everyone flaming the OP? It's the buyer that is the idiot.
But even then. it's their money. let them spend it as stupidly as they wish.

I've been here since the beginning, and all I can say is that this thread has all the makings of a great troll thread. The OP has also seemed sincere and had some well thought out posts, so if he is a troll he's a very good one. All in all, I just keep coming back for the comedy. I believe this thread has made me laugh more than any other that I can think of. And for that I am very grateful!

Just read through all this and all I have to say is...

Looks like you're gonna fit right in, welcome to the club!

#493 11 years ago

Dito has brought me the cliffhanger that I was hoping for, and in epic drunk fashion to boot. I can't wait for season 2 to begin!

#513 11 years ago
Quoted from hAbO:

I actually came across that today and thought it was sort of appropriate

Good way to summarize this whole thread in one GIF!!!
