Quoted from Dmod:

SIGMA isn't game specific so the same display can be used in any Stern WhiteStar game, and competes with single-color LED DMD displays.
For a similar price point, SIGMA offers custom color selection, perfect grid alignment, choice of display effect, and (since it runs on the ColorDMD hardware platform) the opportunity to use the same display with any of the supported multicolor ROM files.
LOTR is just an example, but the exciting thing is that we can now demonstrate ColorDMD hardware working inside a Stern!
Randy

Randy,
When will the color DMD website confirm this and have instructions for a stern install?
Thanks
Mike

399 Bucks is not cheap.....a good deal for colordmd...cost of sales are small.....

I'm am really wondering what a game with compressed video will look like. Either as a ColorDMD or SIGMA style.

It makes me want to run through all the SAM games and see which have compressed video and which are all custom dots.
