anyone work on shuffle alley in new jersey , i have a united 4 way shuffle 1953 , is was working and now when you hit reset all the scores reset but the game goes right back to game over . i have never had a em game . very cool but intimidating at the same time . located near jackson nj (great adventure) thanks

yes you are right its 1959, not sure where I got the 1953 . yep wooden legs in the front 6 player . There is one of those bump switches under the pins(under playfield) and one in the back box, i did mess with them before my first post but it was just flicking them a few times , I will clean them up and try it tomm after work. My wood is also formica guess that shit was hot in the 50's lol. Noticed also that the address on the playfield for United is the same address as Williams was I believe ?

Ok , I manually held the lock relay and reset the game , the game over relay held and I had some one knock a few pins up while I hold the relay , it won't score and as soon as you let go of the lock relay the game over relay kicks , I checked the contiuinty on both anti-cheat switches and they are working as they should , we also jumped those switches basically eliminating them from the game , no luck ...stumped

Quoted from Mopar:It sounds like the Lock Relay isn't energizing which will make the
Game Over Relay energize. There may be more than one, but I'm
pretty sure there's a bump switch, like an anti-cheat switch in the
inside of the back of the machine. Probably on the side. It's two
switches with one of the switches having a small metal weight
at the end. Those switches need to be making good contact with
each other. I'm pretty sure 4 way is a late 50s (not 1953), so it
wouldn't be in the plugins unless there's also a bump switch in
the coin box. Your machine has two wooden front legs, right?
You could have something manually hold the Lock Relay in,
but when the machine is turned off, then back on, it wouldn't
go to game over as it should..
