Someone has asked me to look into repairing (not necessarily restore) a United King Tut shuffle bowler. I know nothing about these but do know alot about the SS pins and have worked with the Williams System 6 board set that is in the King Tut. I was asked if it is worth repairing (for his use not resale) here are some details. Game has been stored well, lane looks pretty nice, boards toasted so must be replaced, pins look solid and reusable, cabinet looks solid, slight surface rust on most metal. Questions are:

Looks technically interesting but how much additional work over an old System 6?
Anything in the game that could be a repair show stopper?
How many hours to get going compared to a System 6 pin?

    Thanks, Bob
