    Williams pinball games had this from #Alpine Club (and parallel game #Ski Club) through Full House (and #Top Hand).

    Hollywood Driving Range had it but not the pitch-and-bat releases of 1966.

    Self-adhesive products were not yet common at that time. I have not had a chance to handle one of these kits, but I've probably encountered a few loose letters here and there. I think the display had top and bottom "rails" to hold the letters.
