I have a fair amount of machines set up and haven't noticed one Operator's decal.
Perhaps on the next batch, but for now I'll contribute with one..
I do have a Time Trials, and this one's not mine, but a pretty rare machine with the
one Operator (with decal) showing this machine was from my small hometown.
Quoted from jrpinball:That card looks very old.
The four digit phone number is a clue....
I've seen a three digit phone number on a 1950's give-away pencil for a grocery store in Sycamore, Ohio.

What game is this card on? you can actually see that building on googlemaps... kinda cool.
Quoted from hazmat7719:[quoted image]
Interesting. I have a stack of the same card but with a different address. This address appears to be just around the corner from the address on your card according to Google Maps. I got the cards about 20 years ago when purchasing a beautiful Bally Prospector from the daughter of the operator who was deceased. This was the only game she had.

Here's a link to photos of the Prospector I bought there. https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1872
Quoted from cd1954:Here’s the Hurdy Gurdy I just picked up outside of Cleveland.

I've seen a "Cow-Poke" and a "Diamond Jack" with the Cadillac Music plate attached the same way.
I don't know if that vendor was in Ohio, or Western NY. Three '60s wedgehead add-a-balls now I've seen with this plate on them.

That game looks sweet! More photos please. If that's an original glass (and it appears to be), it's gorgeous.
Quoted from cd1954:Jrpinball, yes original backglass

Thanks. She needs a little love, but has great bones. It's a really fun and good looking game. Spectacular original glass.
Quoted from Dono:What game is this card on? you can actually see that building on googlemaps... kinda cool.
It was on a junked / stripped Gottlieb five & ten play field.
I bought my first game (Black Knight) from Cadillac Music in Cleveland in 1990-ish. They had a warehouse with hundreds of old games of every type piled on top of one another. I wonder what happened to them all?
If I knew then what I know now!

OK, so Ohio then. I wonder if they routed games into western NY. I don't think Ohio was an add-a-ball state, and games I've seen with their vendor tag were all add-a-ball wedgeheads.
This Bronco I picked up two weeks ago is my first working EM, originally owned/routed by "The Southland Corporation" in Texas for a few years, then it sat in the seller's father's basement for forty years. Texas to NY is a long haul, she didn't have any idea how or why the pin made the 1600 mile trip here. I was initially going to scrape the stickers off the 44-year-old glass, then I thought that's crazy, that's part of its history.

Southland Corp eventually became 7-11 in November of 1999.

Yep, I'm not a fan of stickers on aprons or the arch. But those are in nice shape and look cool. That game looks to be in very nice shape. Good find.

Those are cool. You could always swap out the pf glass.

Yeah, I'm glad they're not on the apron too. Those I'd feel compelled to remove and then there would be a discoloration underneath.

Cadillac Music is still in business, with the same phone number. https://www.cadillacmusic.com/
Quoted from pinwiztom:interesting in that the operator is from Europe
That actually was my extra 4 Roses that I traded to Phil. After seeing pics, I remember he was
concerned if the transformer matched up to our voltage, and all was good.
I can't exactly remember where I picked it up, but it was from a home owner here in Upstate N.Y.
Quoted from doghouse:Sadly, I said goodbye to my High-Score last Saturday. The longest-owned EM in my collection, purchased in 2011. Had to document the operator and state license stickers before I let her go......[quoted image][quoted image]
These South Carolina tax stamps pop up frequently. I posted my Royal guard and there's a couple others in previous posts.

Many, many years ago I went on a warehouse raid run with a well- known person in the pinball business/hobby, and several other guys. It was CSSK Amusements.
I remember the warehouse being somewhere north of Harrisburg, PA.
We loaded two large box trucks chock-full with games. Just a few miles short of getting back with them, one of the trucks blew a rear tire. Luckily it was a dual tire arrangement, and we were able to limp the rest of the way back. I recall that all the games except maybe a few System 1's were EMs.
I believe the warehouse also had several NIB bingos which we didn't take. They were "Nashville", and /or "Dixieland" models if I recall correctly.
This Flash Gordon originally came from either Harare or Bulawayo in Zimbabwe as per operators decal, then about 6 years ago a container of games including this FG was shipped to Australia.
Someone apparently travelled all over Zimbabwe & bought old games & then stored the games in an old aircraft hanger, from there, they were then sold in container loads to whoever was interested (so I was told)
Interestingly the factory speech roms that came with the game were the French version. French doesn't appear to be spoken in Zimbabwe at all, so I guess most players had no idea what the speech was for all it's life there.

Put it right over the instructions? E.M. Terry was a bit inconsiderate.
Quoted from kyle5574:Put it right over the instructions? E.M. Terry was a bit inconsiderate.
No, it is an unattached business card. I put it there so it would photograph with the name of the game.

EM Terry, perfect name for selling EM pins.
Quoted from EasternBloc:Recently found out that I had a relative in the coin-op business long before my time. This calendar is all that’s left to my knowledge.

Should have included that haha. Oh I should probably give credit to brobra since it's technically his machine. But it's sitting in my garage so I snuck out to snap the pic just now.
LTG I'm a little fascinated at how low the number is I wonder if this was an early tag of a new edition or something or if they moved them from game to game? I wonder how many of these kind of games were around back then. Was this style of game subject to any criticism in MN over the years?
