Remember to fertilize, lime, aerating, thatching, keeping a sharp blade and NOT to bag clippings. The clippings will fertilize your lawn and turn into natural fertilizer. When you do this you give the clippings and chance to decompose, releasing water and nutrients back into your lawns soil………

You can purchase an aerator and attach it to your riding mower as well as the thatcher. That’s how my set up is. OR lawn services will do it for a price of course…… And they aren’t cheep for a one acre lot !
