I used weatherstripping, it looks pretty good.

Interesting. The game shown on Clay's sight has one post on each side up top, and no posts at the bottom.

Are you sure it's 1/4"? That seems pretty thick, most playfield sheets are triple pane, or 3/16". Any time I had a game with 1/4" glass it was a replacement, and was pretty tight.
