Quick question for you guys, I'm trying to buy my first EM. I'm going to go look at a Midway Deluxe Shooting Gallery. Anything specific I should look for? What kind of price range am I looking at for an unrestored machine?

Quoted from Mopar:I can say that I owned all the Midway and Bally compressor gun games and still have a couple,
but the Deluxe is one I'm sorry that I let go. I presently know of a non-working one and he's
asking $2,500.00
I know working ones have went for quite a bit more..
If I came upon one in decent shape, I'd see about working out a trade for
a working ball bowler..
Thanks for the reply. I'm hoping it's complete, but I've read that the clown is usually gone or disintegrating by now and the spinning plates are prone to cracks and breaks.
Quoted from Boslaw:Hi folks, I'm hoping someone can help me find a backglass for a #Bally Deluxe Club Bowler. I can't find much information about this shuffle bowler online.
Thanks for looking.[quoted image]
Bgresto.com can make you a new one
Quoted from Vic_Camp:Picked this 1924-1926 Lester Pollard Football machine. It was in. Home for a long time and is in good condition. It came with some NOS sweaters or Jerseys. Has original coin box too. Last picture has some info I found on the internet. This machine is the smaller version model. Works perfect too.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Nice find. I didn't know they made a smaller version.
Quoted from dugmar:Midway Wild Kingdom, Chicago Coin Steam Shovel.[quoted image]
Does your steam shovel get a lot of play? I always thought they were neat.
Quoted from PinDeLaPin:Hey everyone i'm working on my 1963 united sabre ball bowler and ran into a snag. mopar has been helping me out a ton with some needed parts but I am missing 5 of the round pins that hold the actual pins on and 3 others are missing the tiny hairpin clips and he doesn't have any extras. Is there any chance anyone on here has any of these they would be willing to part with? I need a total of 5 pins and 8 of the tiny hairpin clips. If you haven't seen it yet you can check out what i've been doing over on my thread. Thanks guys, Bill. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/reviving-a-1963-united-sabre-ball-bowler-[quoted image][quoted image]
Did you post in the EM seeking parts thread? I always have good luck there
Quoted from wayner:Completed a timber stand for the Groetchen Skill Jump. The stain turned out a bit lighter than I wanted but will do for now.
[quoted image][quoted image]
I think it looks great
All these gum machines, I'm sure some of you guys have some Pulvers. I always wanted one,but they are crazy money
Quoted from Mopar:16 foot's not bad, but on C.C. Goose Necks, the pindeck's much further up
than the earlier ones, which makes 20' a huge plus.
I put a few out, and once I converted the 13 and 16 footers into 20s, they
got much more play. The MBA was 20', and I converted it to 28'. Huge difference
for the good..
Your MBA is awesome. I wish I had the room for one
Quoted from Gundam_Pilot_:This was a fun one I came across over the weekend. Possibly for sale. Pretty cool, and massive.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Very cool. Never seen one other than in a flyer. They are massive
Quoted from Gotemwill:I picked up this nice original Zeno gum machine a few years ago. No guts, just the shell. When you think about where many of these were hanging, it’s amazing any survived.
Would love to find a Pulver!

They are always so rough. I came across this one last week. First one I've seen in person
PXL_20220127_191731908 (resized).jpgQuoted from Gundam_Pilot_:Thanks! She is my child. She’s a blast.
I pulled out a couple of International Mutoscope Lord’s Prayer tonight. Making 1 outta 2. Giving the one a little facelift with some new paint on the press.
Fun stupid little machine that doesn’t press anything, instead just swaps out the penny with a pre-pressed penny. Pretty silly.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
My mom would love that.
Quoted from Gundam_Pilot_:Picked up this dumb little carnival type machine over the weekend. Made by Valco Automaten. Honestly I only picked it up because I have a mini rotary merchandiser in the same cabinet form factor. Pretty cool either way.
Anyone have any other games that look like these? Something with the same cabinet type.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
I'm jealous of that merchandiser. I couldn't resist picking up the other game either. Video?
Quoted from Gundam_Pilot_:I have a problem
[quoted image]
Never seen a Darts. Nice find!
Quoted from dudah:The EM side of the basement, a few spicy projects in the garage I'll be bringing in
[quoted image]
Bet your happy you have that Escalera
