Quoted from willbeEM:

Has anyone ever seen one of these before? It was at an auction and sadly I didn't bid on it and it sold for 125 bucks

Sure have. They used to have one at the minnesota state fair. My Dad and I used to play it. Pretty cool game

Quoted from gliebig:That Star Slugger looks neat. Are they difficult to come by? Curious as to price range for a nice condition one

I've seen them pop up every so often. Theres on on cl in my area. minneapolis.craigslist.org link Don't know who it is so I can't vouch for the person. Awesome game to play.

@bek1966. I don't suppose yours has the card stapled above the score motor that shows what each stack does? If so is there any chance you could take a good picture of it? Mine is missing.

Quoted from Gotemwill:

held together by buckets full of nails from hell

I can attest to this. There are a ton of nails throughout. I havent seen any oil coming out of it though. Built my bench over 10 years ago now.

I have a 14' United Bowling Alley and believe me, 14 is plenty. I agree with @Budman. Try it before you add sections. Plus then you don't have to wrestle a lane section. They aren't light.
