Great thread. My contribition would be a Spanish version of Royal Flush made by Maresa that looks to be #5 prototype. The score motor, relays, score wheels are much different from Gottlieb. Backglass is a litle different, extra zero for all scores, coin door is totally different. PF is about the same except fot Spanish wording and extra 0 for scores. But the nice thing is that the PF graphics are printed on the bottom of an acrylic overlay, so the artwork doesn't get any wear, and also the game plays very fast due to the overlay. I brought it to Allentown a few years ago.
