Quoted from BenetBoy78:

Who can you all recommend for high quality control, dust free work environment powder coating folks? Mike Chestnut was mentioned by someone a while back to me. I have had intermittent luck to date, and looking for better, more consistent service. Any chance one of you has his contact info, or other with a dust free facility?

I don't know that Mike does powder, might be just plating. (Of course, his 'just' plating is OMFG plating.) http://horsepowerunlimited.net/

I've had all of my powder work done by Espo's in Staten Island. I'd also recommend Matt at Back Alley.

So there's no physical website for him, just a main page? I can't go any farther than that.

For Mike Chestnut? Just send him an email.

Some really nice work in this thread.

Indeed. And to be fair, some dubious color choices as well.

Where can you find colored trim

Be warned: once you go there...

Quoted from golfingdad1:

Leave the hinge connected to the door but removed from the housing , 4 screws inside left edge of door/housing.

Anyone here gone all-in and pulled the hinge pin out to split the hinge before powder coating?
