It's Dracula in full attack mode just WHOOPING ASS on his own pinball machine. I mean, he's killing it. The machine itself will be labeled "Dracula" and take color schemes from the 1979 
Dracula plus some imagery space permitting. Above & below the tat will read "Drac Attack" in fang letters with blood dripping off the tips.
