I had a problem with my Teacher's Pet that had me stumped. I called John Clements (pinwhiz on this forum), and in an hour he had it figured out and resolved. Walked me through the entire process, explaining everything as he went through the troubleshooting. I learned a lot, and that was invaluable to me.
