I dropped off my LOTR boards to him since my flippers weren't working and I was pretty much out of ideas on my side, well I got them back today and guess what? The machine plays like a champ now. He also set me up with a NVRAM (cool!) chip on my CPU board, so no more battery changing required!
Anyone that needs some board work, Rob gets it done.
