    Barry had promised me a resolve for an issue, glass issue, then my temp glass wasn't ordered I was told never got ordered and you do not need it now since we sent you a replacement glass. Now he is sending it to me after all.

    I feel like he was told he can do the right thing now.

    I hope this is sign JJP does care about us and wants to make things right, when he can.

    Thank you Barry for going above and beyond for me. Glad to see the Managment at JJP is allowing you to do stuff like this. Custormer service definitely on the up swing at JJP! Awesome
