Potential restores for my next documentation?
Both will have alternate colors and or schemes for the cabinets by request of the owner.

Yes.I think the art will remain the same on the Fire but I will change up the colors.
It works well as a package and representation of what it is based on but the brown cab is tough to love.

I'd want to see you do Fire! since it's so ugly to begin with.

Four Million BC will get my vote every time. An EM with multiball and dinosaurs...winner!

#6 7 years ago

If you do Fire I would vote to make a HEP "Champagne" edition with a nice wooden cabinet

It might be the same but different in terms of color scheme.
It might be most elements already there but enhanced .
Those details tend to evolve as the work progresses.

I'm sure it will turn out nice.

I was picturing something like this.

That is too futuristic since it is 3 million years later

Running neck and neck even if you divide the both votes.

4MBC is my vote. I'd love to see an EM HEP restore documentation. Would be awesome.

There's a lot, and I mean a lot of wires, switches, and relays in that one.

My EM restoration philosophy is that if it isnt broke dont fix it.
Much different than my solid state philosophy.

4 million BC !

I am going to be impressed with the outcome regardless of which game you choose. My choice would be Four Million BC

#30 7 years ago

Four Million BC.

How often do you see an high-end restore done on an EM? It should be fascinating

I agree - 4MBC

#46 7 years ago

Well, I restored a Fire and documented here. So since I don't want to be shown up, I have to go with 4MBC.

Just kidding, I know they both will be one of a kind when you are finished. Looking forward to following and learning from the best.
