Do it! If and when you sell, someone will pony up the dough so you wont loose anything. SG gets allot of respect. Had one for a bit and liked it, just not enough to keep but I didnt have any problems selling it for sure. In fact, I just mentioned that I was kicking the idea around and had a buyer PM me. It took me a while to even find one in good shape, even ones in bad shape dont make it on the block to often. Good luck!
