I absolutely love the custom cards on my SS and DMD machines although I still prefer the stock cards on my EMs.
With a little searching you can find custom designs that reflect the machines original artwork and really dress up the apron. I feel they compliment the machine without being a detraction.
I print the cards on 4" x 6" photo paper and trim to size. They look beautiful and it's easily reversible.
