LOL, the Canadian MOOSE! I remember going to see them in the mid 80's. Funny stuff ,and yes exactly like the Globetrotters but Hockey.
As far as the custom cards go, you could get the ones free off the internet and just get them printed and laminated in very high quality at a Staples or other shop for about $5.
"Ken's custom cards" is a good site, the images are high rez.
