in view of the sudden popularity of el wire over the last few months, and it's application on every game ever made, i was wondering what all the pinsiders think. would you el wire these cats? i mean they're pretty cool cats in they're own right, but they'd look so much better all blinged out. i'll let you decide...

that's jimmy, he's less likely to take to such mods...

    1. Put up a poll.
    2. Wire would look better on cats than it would on 99% of pins. Of course they are going to chew threw it those little rascals.
    3. Gunna have to go "No" on this one. But I like my cats original.

I don't think the el wire would look good atop your world cup.

That said I think the only cat to be el wired is a "Bad Cats".

    Sorry extra cheezy

To each there own give them harnesses with discs on them also.
I would only do legs and tail in el wire.

Have fun and watch out for PETA they get crazy easy.

    My thoughts exactly...

wow! this poll's really heatin' up... neck in neck.

maybe i'd better start figuring out how i'm gonna power these things.

Maybe as an EL wire collar?

    #9 12 years ago

My boys said no to the EL wire.....

My cats like cat boxing just like yours. They also might not mind an El wire collar if it was designed with a small battery and was light weight.

I like the idea as long as the cats are cool with it. Maybe nimble can provide us with a glimpse of what that might look like.

    #12 12 years ago

It would really accentuate the ginger cats stripes.

    Mine too....

    Nightly matches. Cats > Dogs

Had to save the bengal after the KO, she was hanging 6 ft off the ground...

    » YouTube video

The music actually makes the video kind of funny. The great thing about cat boxing is that it is really a form of playing to them.

    Hm,wtf is el wire?

    #22 12 years ago

Electro Luminescent wire that glows. I hope this trend dies off fast and doesn't linger with the Twilight movies. It looks cool on a couple pins mostly of the futuristic theme type. I'm sure in a month or two someone is going to start selling custom kits for 10 times the price of what you can do it for yourself.

I don't want hijack your thread, but I'm having a problem with my cat. Every time I play, it makes this rumbling sound, the legs get wobbly, and it tilts. Any ideas?

Cat + shaker motor = hours of entertainment.

    #29 12 years ago

are those skateboard decks on your wall? do you have much of a deck collection?

    #30 12 years ago

I would also have the cats chrome plated.

    #31 12 years ago

This is one of the funniest topic titles I have ever seen on Pinside (RGP's "will a pin fit in my ass?" will never be topped, in my opinion)

I seriously thought you were referencing " Bad Cats "

though, I must admit, the cats you ARE talking about make more sense than that particular pin with El wire..

    #33 12 years ago

Forgot about that one NP! A classic.....

    #34 12 years ago

    Nice kittys.

Tron Kitty looks much cooler than Tron Guy.

    #35 12 years ago

I can see it now: FS: WCS94, absolutely perfect except for some scratc....err...marks on the top. Perfect opportunity for a topper.
