That's total bs. That car is immediately washed and prepped and out the gate again with someone else. Prob damaged
when they pulled into/out prep area. I would certainly bring to AMEX attention with their coverage. I always use my AMEX
for car rentals but fortunately never had an issue like this. Never used Advantage before but rented plenty in Orlando
airport.
